The Challenge: Tasked by Airbnb's design lead Ryan Scott to enhance the platform's environmental sustainability, our focus was on the corporate side, exploring innovative eco-friendly solutions.

The Process: Initial ideas revolved around reducing the carbon footprint of Airbnb employees, but evolved into involving communities through "Eco Experiences." This concept encourages volunteering in local projects instead of monetary donations.

The Outcome: Developed the "Eco Experiences" feature for Airbnb, offering guests and hosts opportunities to engage in community volunteer work, supported by a strategic campaign to promote this new initiative.
