THE REVELRY
THE BRIEF
The owners of The Revelry, an upscale event venue in Bellingham, WA, sought a complete brand identity to present themselves as a luxurious yet rebellious destination. They aimed for a sophisticated, bold aesthetic to attract diverse clients, including wedding planners and live music enthusiasts. The project encompassed logo design, typography, brand patterns, color palette, tone of voice, and marketing materials to establish The Revelry as a premier Pacific Northwest venue. However, the project halted when the owners lost access to the planned rental space before completing the website.
THE SOLUTION
I created a comprehensive brand identity blending Art Deco luxury with modern energy. The logo featured a refined serif font with geometric elements, exuding timeless elegance. The color palette of deep greens, dark blues, and gold accents reflected a high-end yet approachable vibe. Branding extended to print and digital assets, including business cards, signage, event materials, and social media templates. The tone of voice was crafted to keep messaging bold, playful, and sophisticated, reinforcing The Revelry’s identity as “the excitement in the city of subdued excitement.”
